hearing will be held by the Planning Board of
the Village of Airmont at the Village Hall, 251
Cherry Lane, Airmont, NY on Thursday July 25,
2019 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following

Section §210-79 E. of the Site Plan Regulations
of the Village of Airmont, for reinstatement approval
of a previously approved lapsed Site Development
Plan pursuant to the Site Plan Development
Rules and Regulations of the Village
of Airmont to permit construction, maintenance
and use of a +/- 2,500 sq. ft. office space
and +/- 8,480 sq. ft. of warehouse/storage
building with associated facilities. The property

Sign Plan and Subdivision approval pursuant to
the Site Plan Development Rules and Regulations
of the Village of Airmont for removal of
the existing Friendly’s Restaurant to construct a
Panera Bread Company Restaurant with a
Drive-Thru as well as a subdivision of the property
from the current Howard Johnson Hotel.
The property is located on the east side of N.
Airmont Road (CR 89) approximately +/- 400
feet south of I-87/I-287 East Entrance Ramp.
The lot is designated as Section 55.07, Block 2
and Lot 10 on the Town of Ramapo Tax Map.
